By accessing our showrooms or utilizing our digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. JC Jewellers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, reflecting changes in market conditions or regulatory requirements. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
2. Authenticity & Craftsmanship
We unconditionally guarantee the authenticity of every jewellery bearing the BIS hallmark. All gold items are BIS Hallmarked, and diamonds are certified by recognized independent gemological laboratories.
- Certificates of authenticity accompany qualifying purchases.
- Weights and specifications are accurate within industry standard tolerances.
- Custom commissions require a formal design approval process before fabrication begins.
3. Market Rates & Pricing
Precious metal prices fluctuate based on international markets. The prices displayed on our platforms or quoted in-store are subject to change without prior notice until a transaction is finalized.

Quotes provided for custom designs are estimates valid for 24 hours due to market volatility. Final pricing is established at the time of deposit.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of jewelry, returns and exchanges are governed by strict policies to ensure hygiene and product integrity. Standard stock items may be eligible for exchange within 48 hours of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by original documentation and packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
5. Long Term Exchange Policy
Gold Exchange
For exchanges after 48 hours of purchase: Every BIS Hallmark jewellery piece purchased from our store (JC Jewellers) is valued at 100% of the current gold price for exchange, provided the original transaction invoice is presented by the customer. Jewellery not purchased from our store will be valued at 90% of the current gold price for BIS-certified gold. For non-BIS certified gold, the price will be determined based on its assessed gold value.
*Gold prices are updated as per international markets, hence the quotes provided will only be valid as long as the gold price remains unchanged during the transaction.
Silver Exchange
For exchanges after 48 hours of purchase: Every silver jewellery piece purchased from our store (JC Jewellers) is valued at 70% of the current silver price for exchange, provided the original transaction invoice is presented by the customer. Jewellery not purchased from our store, or items returned without the original invoice, will be valued based on their assessed net silver weight and current market value for exchange.
*Silver prices are updated as per international markets, hence the quotes provided will only be valid as long as the silver price remains unchanged during the transaction.
